The main purpose of the new platform, launched in late 2023, was to create a system fully ready to take advantage of existing and upcoming AI technology. By further developing the existing platform, Responda Group has successfully integrated new technology, which has resulted in increased efficiency as well as higher service levels and quality. The platform has also enabled the company's growth journey by seamlessly handling the volumes added from acquired companies.
