ESG within Responda Group
Sustainable business:
Sustainable business means striving together for long-term and sound business relationships where our solutions are adapted to the client's needs and conditions in order to deliver fantastic customer experiences.
Sustainable people:
Sustainable people means that we understand that our most important resource is our employees. By systematically working to create value, foster engagement, and ensure we have the right skills, we build a healthy and sustainable work environment. We strive to be a flexible and considerate employer in order to provide our employees with the best possible conditions for a sustainable work life.
Sustainable environment:
A sustainable environment means that we take responsibility for reducing our environmental impact factors. We work actively together with our stakeholders to ensure that we take responsibility for a sustainable future.
Our quality management system, policies, and values help ensure that we are efficient, agile, and live up to our own and our customers' expectations. Our quality-assured processes are based, among other things, on ISO-18295, the contact center industry's (global) service standard that promotes satisfied clients and customers, as well as ISO-9001 and ISO-14001, which ensure a focus on continuous improvement, goal management, and long-term, sustainable quality and environmental work.

We operate in accordance with ISO 9001 and 14001
What Is ISO 9001?
ISO 9001 is an internationally recognized management system standard for quality management. ISO 9001 sets out clear guidelines and requirements for a quality management system and how it contributes to the ability to deliver services that meet customer requirements. The standard focuses on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
We operate in accordance with ISO 9001, which means we formalize and streamline our efforts to continuously improve our operations. The quality management system simplifies the organization’s awareness, involvement, and work processes. Our work incorporates a risk-based approach to managing client requirements, needs, and expectations, with the goal of delivering high-quality services that ensure the highest possible level of customer satisfaction.
What is ISO 14001?
ISO 14001 is an internationally accepted standard for environmental management systems. The foundation of ISO 14001 consists of 55 mandatory requirements that can be viewed as components of an environmental management system. ISO 14001 therefore does not specify any particular environmental performance targets to be achieved but is based on continuous improvement within the organization.
We operate in accordance with ISO 14001, under which we have identified various factors that impact the environment; carbon dioxide emissions generated by travel and transportation have been found to have the greatest impact. We therefore take a structured, long-term approach to optimizing transportation and business travel, both in terms of planning and the choice of transportation modes. Our efforts extend beyond our own organization. When planning activities, we strive to streamline and plan for the travel needs of our customers and external stakeholders as well.
Our ongoing work on sustainability is our way of ensuring that we take responsibility for a sustainable future—something we would also like to see our clients be a part of.
The practical application of working in accordance with ISO 14001 is also part of our commitment to sustainable business, which also includes sustainable business practices and sustainable people.
Global ISO Standard
Responda Group has since 2016 been involved in the development of the global ISO standard for the industry and is an active party in the Swedish technical committee in the continued development of the standard. We also hold the quality award Secure Customer Contact awarded by the trade association Kontakta to companies that meet its high standards—for example, through business ethics guidelines, compliance with Swedish legislation and current practices in dealings with customers and consumers, as well as fair working conditions for employees through, for example, collective bargaining agreements.
