IK PARTNERS INVESTS IN RESPONDA GROUP

Responda Group, a leading Swedish customer service provider for small and medium-sized enterprises, has today signed an agreement with IK Partners (“IK”) IK Small Cap III Fund regarding a majority investment in Responda Group. IK's investment is made with capital from the dedicated Development category
Capital and the stake are acquired from the founders and parts of the management team, who are also reinvesting alongside IK. The financial terms regarding the transaction are not disclosed.

Responda AB was founded in 2008 by Joakim Ögren and Magnus Johannessen and has its headquarters in Stockholm. In connection with the acquisition of Kalix Tele24 in 2021, Responda Group was formed. Both companies have extensive experience in customer service outsourcing through integrated systems and processes for managing telephony, e-mail, chat, and social media.

The company has approximately 250 employees spread across four offices that provide services to a mixed customer base consisting of about 2,500 companies in the private and public sectors. Under the current management, the company has experienced strong growth. With support from IK, the company hopes to continue broadening its offering to existing customers, take market share in the small and medium-sized enterprise segment through further commercial initiatives, and drive market consolidation through strategic acquisitions.
